TRUE STORY:  I worked with a family that was trying to sell a condominium on a wooded lot.  The units were lovely, inviting and relatively new.  This particular unit was on the second floor and faced a nice wooded lot.  When I went to the location I discovered a cell tower within a mile away on the main road to the complex.  The radiation waves from the tower were aimed directly at the condo.  During the evaluation we were able to identify energetic lines coming into the condo from the direction of the tower.  Since the family had lived there before the tower was erected I don't think they felt anything but when people drove by or came to the front door they could feel that something was not quite right and left. Once the Space Clearing work was done the condo sold.  It had been on the market for 2 years with little to no traffic to it being sold within 45 days of work completion.
